old fashioned exercise for keeping fit.

still work and actually preform quite well in keeping you
fit.

which also aids in raising the amount of weight you lose.
Running and weight loss also helps by bringing more oxygen
to your blood and brain. The weight loss part of it then relieves
alot of pressure on your back and joints, which again helps
in your overall fitness. Running and weight loss may be old
school but it's still top of the class as far as keeping fit.
